Best practice to Replace content with the new version scorm

Summary:

Need to replace a scorm content whenever there is a change in the old content.

When try to replace the content always getting the error as "The existing content wasn't replaced because the replacement content that was uploaded didn't match the structure of the existing content."

When 1230 learners are assigned to course with the scorm content and in that 30 learners are completed the course, and 1200 learners are in NOT STARTED and IN PROGRESS status.
