Not hire the employee in future if at the time of termination Recommended for Rehire is marked as NO

Summary:

The requirement is—— on the Termination screen, under the Termination Info section, there is a field known as Recommended for Rehire , if this is set to no at the time of termination than that employee can't be hired in future . If that employee again applied than there should be message or notification popout to hiring manager or recuiter saying " you can't hire this employee" Do we have such functionlity in the system which show message to hiring manager or recruiter that you can't hire this employee.

Is there any way to not hire the employee in future if at the time of termination Recommended for Rehire is marked as NO ?
