XML PARSING FAILED

Summary:

Im using the SOAP payload to load data into fusion through PLSQL procedure running in APEX, Im getting the response correctly in SOAP UI , but while im running the same in oracle apex, im getting the soap response with error tag. From the response code i can't able to extract the response id alone, how to get that.
