Career break absence type does not correctly set leave accrual
We have a number of staff who have taken a career break but their annual leave balance has not been amended to reflect this type of absence.
When this type of leave is taken, they should not continue to accrue annual leave while they are on a career break.
So, for colleagues whose career break starts on the first day of the leave year and runs throughout that leave year, they should accrue 0 hours of annual leave.
For colleagues whose career break starts during the leave year, they should accrue annual leave up until the start of the career break, but not accrue any further annual leave while they are on the career break.
