Oracle support on HCM SOAP/ Web services

Summary:

As part of our requirement we want to consume below soap services and its available methods. As there is no equivalent Rest APIs available to perform create/update/delete operations.

  1. Organization Version 2: https://{{domain}}/hcmService/OrganizationServiceV2?wsdl
  2. HR Job Version 2: https://{{domain}}/hcmService/JobServiceV2?wsdl
  3. Position Version 2: https://{{domain}}/hcmService/PositionServiceV2?wsdl
  4. Department Tree: https://{{domain}}/hcmService/DepartmentTreeService?wsdl
  5. Work Schedule Version 2: https://{{domain}}/hcmService/WorkScheduleAvailabilityService?wsdl

To proceed with consuming these APIs, we want to understand whether Oracle supports these web services and will be available in future releases and functions in the same way.
