Pipeline Proxy user

Hello,

I am trying to use the pipeline proxy user functionality. I have selected Yes for Enable Pipeline Execution for Non-Admin, added proxy user(Service admin) credentials for pipeline.

Location security is not enabled.

After doing the above, I have logged in with user role credentials then I can see the pipeline but not able to run it as user. Am I missing any other settings?

Can I please get some guidance?
