Redwood Learning Course Images

After enabling Redwood, all of our course images now aren't displaying (please see highlighted yellow in below screenshot). If I go into the existing course and delete the current image and re upload then the image successfully shows.

Is there a way to pull through existing images? Having to re-upload all images post enablement is extremely time consuming.
