Is it neeeded to run/schedule any process after an AOR is assigned to a person?
Summary:
Hi commmunity
We are implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, and client is transitioning from PeopleSoft.
We are going to use AORs for security purposes, and we were wondering if after assigning the AOR to a person we need to run any process, or if the assigning of the AOR is auomatically.
We are currently considering the following setup order:
- Create Job Role
- Create Security profiles (position & person secured by AOR)
- Create Data role (linking job role to security profiles)
- Assign roles to user
- Create AOR
- Run security processes
But if no security processes are needed for assigning of AORs, we could already run the processes after the assignation of roles to user therefore order would be like this:
