Discount for multiples. Not tired Based Rule

Summary:

The requirement indicates that if the order line requests multiples of 5 each of the product, a 10% discount is applied. Any amount that exceeds the multiples is applied to the list price without discount.

Order Line Amount =

($10 * 10 each) - 10% = $90
($10 * 3 each) = 30
Total = $120

Tier Based Rule is not applicable due to is necessary to create multiple lines in the Discount List for the same percentage
