Best way to set IDCS domains for VB apps & instances

Summary:

Hi! I’ve confused myself about how to use IDCS domains for VB apps … I think there must be separate ICDS domains for each VB instance (environment), and also for each VB App within that environment. Since the users will be different by environment & application. Also, to setup the Branded logon page for each application which seems to be at domain level.

I can see how to create a domain for a VB instance … but I’m not 100% clear on how to create separate domains for each application within each instance.
