Completion Certificate report not populating

Summary:

After creating the report in BI Publisher and proceeding to "Configure Catalog Defaults" and enabling "certificate" for both Course and Specialization, the report does not show in the search bar.

If anyone has faced this same issue, and has any solution please let me know.
