Summary:

Is a resubmission required after the first round closes?

Scenario: RFI open, supplier responds and their response is active; then the solicitation closes and we open a second round - does the supplier who already submitted an active response on what is now the first round - do they get notified that they must resubmit in the new round? We can see the Active response under the first (now closed) solicitation but not in reporting or on the second round (also now closed). Thank you!
