Determining product versions for taking critical patch

Summary: We're trying to determine if we need to take the April 2024 critical patch. We do use some of the products listed, but we're uncertain what versions there are. Is there a way we can query the individual product versions in our system? Or is there a listing of product version numbers associated with 24A?
