We are getting error and not able to login to ADFDI

We are getting error and not able to login to ADFDI sheet even if the ADFDI Oracle Desktop Integration ADD-IN is active. Below is the error message which we are facing. We requested to get the excel reinstalled and even after facing the same error not able to login to ADFDI.

The business operation, workbook initialization, could not be completed because the attempt to connect to the server failed.
