Setting up Security Profile for the Human Resource Specialist Role

Our client has a requirement wherein users should only be able to view the details of a person if it is within their Business Unit AOR but should be able to view all available Positions in the Workforce Structure. Our approach was to create a Person Security Profile and secure it by Area of Responsibility = Business Unit. However, the problem we are facing is when we are accessing the details of a Position, we are able to see and update the details of the incumbent (e.g. Personal Details, Compensation, etc) currently assigned to that position even if the business
