DFF view alignment issue in Supplier Registration Page

Description (Required):

We have defined DFF and enabled it from sandbox to view on the Supplier Registration screen. But the field that we have defined is not getting aligned appropriately on the Supplier Registration page which gives a distorted look in the page.

Below are 2 ways we are looking to align, but this is not working.

Mandatory DFF has been enabled, but the view on the Supplier Registration for these dff is misligned.
