Can we create disability organization for specific countries?

Hi,

While creating a disability organization, is there any way to limit it to one country only. The requirement is that when an HR enters the disability for a employee (My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Personal Details > Disability Info), the disability organization should show up in the Disability Organization LoV only when Brazil is selected in the Country field.
