Redwood Learning self-service enabled during a Learning Initiative

Summary:

We have a Learning Initiative which the business wishes to implement. We are currently on non-Redwood Learn.

Can anyone foresee any likely impacts if we enable Redwood self-serve (Learner / Line Manager) during the period of the Learning Initiative?

The last thing we would want is for there to be something go horribly wrong once we enable Redwood.
