Hi,

We have an Employee who has Assignment records with ASSIGNMENT_TYPE 'E' and 'ET' but, no matching Work Relationship record.

Trying to load worker.dat file

METADATA|WorkRelationship|PersonNumber|DateStart|LegalEmployerName|WorkerType|PrimaryFlag|PeriodOfServiceId|PersonId
MERGE|WorkRelationship|280601|2024/03/01|University of Edinburgh|E|Y|300001476919011|300001473862553

Error = The WorkTermsSDO attribute value is required. You must enter a value.

Believe Hire Date is 1/3/2024.

Any idea what causes the error please?
