Adjustment history is not showing Target/Transferred to project

Summary:

Hi,

There is 1 requirement from one of our client that when we are transferring or Splitting a cost from one task or project to other task or project, then in the Adjustment history there should be some Target Project or Task number reference and that should be hyperlink enabled.

Do anyone know, how that can be enabled or seen?
