Convert Employee into NonWorker

Hello community,

One scenario that i wanted to discuss and its possible solution. A person got hired as an employee on 01-Jan-2022, on 01-Jan-2024 employee retired and became a pensioner at the company.

We want that employee be converted into a non-worker and be able to access the system to download certificates or review their personal information etc.

Any idea how we can meet this requirement, and if not what possible workaround can we offer to them?
