Fast Formulas for Candidate Selection Processes

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 5 comments

We have requirement to candidate selection process. After the final interview, once one candidate is moved to the "selected" phase, other candidates should have to be automatically moved to the "waitlisted" phase. For that I need to write the Fast Formula.

Please anyone have sample Fast Formula for this requirement.
