Do we have a check on unplanned holiday assigned and worker have absence scheduled on that day?

We have a situation where suddenly we need to schedule a holiday on 04/30/2024. We have an employee whose absence is scheduled on 04/30/2024.
Do we have any error/check for this situation for worker, Managers, or Absence admins?
