Can't add a person owner to a bank account already owned by a third party

edited Jun 7, 2024 8:13AM in HCM Data Loader (HDL) 2 comments

On loading External Bank accounts through HDL this error message is getting generated. "Can't add a person owner to a bank account already owned by a third party"

For Background:

  • These Bank Accounts are already part of Finance loads, which are tagged against Customers.
  • We changed the sequence of load i.e. Loaded from HCM First and then from Finance but then the same error occurred on Finance.

In such scenario what should be the possible Approach or Workaround for this?

Howdy, Stranger!
