How to restrict Environments and build job creation in VB Studio

Hi,

We have OIC enabled VB Studio in PaaS. Wanted to check if we can restrict/hide Build Job and Environments tab based on seeded roles or is there approach to achieve. Intention is not all the user allowed to create build jobs and environments to deploy the VB code.
