Learning Withdraw Approval

edited Apr 17, 2024 2:40PM in Learning 2 comments

Summary:

Currently, the Learning enrollment approval workflow rule is setup to go to the Line Manager for approval based on the requestor (we also tried Learner) chooses to withdraw from a learning item. The issue that we are having is that if the Line Manager submits the withdraw request, for one of their own reportees, the approval comes back to the Line Manager to approve their own work.

This is redundant, and the client wants this part to auto-approve. However, there doesn't seem to be logic within the attributes to identify that the requestor is the line manager of the learner, so that we can create a second logic statement for the auto approval.

Howdy, Stranger!
