How to extract informations in one line report

Hi everyone,

we are creating reports in OTBI in a journey for one of our customers. We would like to ask if there is a way to merge the answers into one line without the lines being repeated. Currently the complete report is extracted on multiple lines as we receive the responses in 4 different tasks (please see attached screen). So is there a way to extract all the information onto one line?
