Aliases with comma getting splitted into the next columns when running extract in EDMCS

We are building account extracts for PCMCS in EDM. There are aliases which have comma in it. For example, if the alias is "X,Y,Z", the extract output has X in Column 1, Y in Column 2 and Z in Column 3 rather than the expected X,Y,Z in Column 1.

How can I fix this in EDMCS ?
