How to populate tax rate name under Receivables-Transactions Real time subject area in an OTBI

We built an OTBI report with the subject area - Receivables-Transactions Real time.

We do not see an option to select the tax rate name/code such as GST, HST etc.

Only the tax rate percentages are available to be selected.

Attached document shows necessary screenshots.

Please review and suggest on how to populate the rate name in the report.
