In HCM Extract, can we add custom email for success/failure notification?

The HCM Extract is triggering the custom BIP report and delivering the file to the specified SFTP folder. Now the user wants to get notified via email after the process is complete with the success/error notification. Can we add a custom email notification and deliver it to the user once the HCM Extract process is complete?
