How to identify the relationships of the custom objects?

Summary:

We have created the three standalone custom objects(Budget Transfer Header, BT Source Budget, and BT Destination Budget) under the application as ERP and SCM cloud in the application composer. Manually 1:M relationship has been created for those custom objects. We are trying to develop the BIP report for the custom objects and couldn't find the table name of the relationship.
