Change Personal Information Approval Related
Summary:
We have following requirement -
1. For any Personal information change (expect Family and emergency contact) , the approval should be routed to specfic AOR say A.
2 - For Addition/Update of Family or Emergency Contact , the approval should be routed to another AOR say B.

With the current Approval workflow rule setup, we are able to meet the requirement. However the only issue is that, while Adding a new Contact both rule condition is being met. Let me know what could be the issue and what needs to be changed or added within Rule 1.
