redwood p2T refresh

Summary:

Hi Team,
we have recently refreshed test site from production, after the refresh redwood pages not working properly,
am able to navigate to the redwood pages but there is no results showing (service requests, contacts at service request level and customer details at account level
when we check the trace from browser network tab its showing 500 internal server error, can you please let us know after P2T refresh are there any post refresh tasks to perform
