Summary: Does a scheduled report need re-scheduling if its underlying BI Publisher template or data model is changed after the scheduling starts?

I schedule a BI Publisher report from the catalogue, if the data model or template of that report is changed at a later date do you have to cancel the schedule and re-schedule to ensure the latest version of the report is used, or will the new version be used on the next timed run once it has been saved and clear cache / refresh metadata has been done?
