Hours based seniority of employees (not from std/ working hours) but from actual hours worked

edited Apr 18, 2024 6:07PM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary:

Does Oracle have any standard report/ delivered feature to report accurate hours based seniority for employees based on actual "Hours worked" or "Hours paid" based on payroll balances?

It is very common, that employees have a working hours schedule but many a times they are either working less or more hours than their shift. These hours do get sent to Payroll and the payroll balances which are updated after the payroll is processed, are the most accurate representation of an employees "real" hours based seniority.

Any standard way we can retrieve this in Oracle? Other than custom reporting?

Thanks,
