How to link existing CDO record not linked to contact to contact due to contact creation timing
We are moving campaign members from Salesforce to a Eloqua's CDO through Eloqua's Salesforce Integration App. This CDO is setup to link to Contact
Our approach is that as soon as a contact is added to a campaign as campaign member in Salesforce, we'll update a field on contact called "Sync to Eloqua" in Salesforce to True.
Contact import job in Eloqua is setup with filter "Sync to Eloqua" as True.
CDO import job in Eloqua is setup to import all Salesforce campaign member records.
Due to the timing issue, there could be instances that a CDO record is created before the contact is imported into Eloqua, this results in some CDO records without contact linked.
