We need Terms and Contract Clauses imported from aquisition.gov into Fusion Terms library. Is there any third party service which can provide data in Fusion Importable format? .DITA file format provided by portal is different from Oracle Fusion xml Format.

We want to import FAR/DFAR Rules.
