How to identify the client specific environment (Oracle Fusion ERP) IPs

Summary:

For our implementation the banks want us to provide the Oracle Cloud IPs to be added to their allow list. We have already checked Doc ID 2698639.1 and the IPs mentioned in https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/tools/public_ip_ranges.json but they are all public IPs which will be applicable to all customers in the data center. Are there any specific IPs for customer instances that can be shared with the bank?

Our instances are hosted in OCI Gen 2 and located in US East (Ashburn).
