Hi,

I configured the module following the steps from the books, but when i tried to add a item the page show Blank.

Did anyone face this issue before ? Please let me know the resolution of this ?

The path for Add Item page, My Client Groups → Health and Safety → Inspection Item Maintenance → Click on + → Add Item
