We are triggering some logic on the CPQ HTML attribute which fires on onAttributChange

Here we created HTML attribute and invoking some actions on onattributechange of the attribute but this is getting invoked before even the value is changed. This is happening on Open transaction as well. This is happening for default tab of the LIG.
