How to create Employee Specific Descriptive Flexfield on Absence management

Hello,

We have a requirement where we need to select the youngest Dependent of an employee. While we can create a DFF with logged in person's details is there any other way through which we can make it work for both Employees and Admins? i.e. when an Admin searches for an employee and clicks on the DFF they are able to see the Dependents of the employee.
