Using Case Management to manage bulk retrenchments
Summary:
We are implementing HR Help Desk with Case Management and are wondering if anyone is using case management to manage and track retrenchments.
For multiple retrenchments, we are looking at creating one main case (as a parent case) with the basic information regarding the retrenchment process , and then individual cases, per employee (related to parent case) where the details per individual employee can be captured, so that we can track the outcome of the retrenchment process for each employee (for example termination, redeployment, resignation etc.)
Does this sound viable? Does anyone have any other ideas/solutions.
