Uploaded SCORM and Videos via REST API remain in New Status Instead of Changing to Active Status

We have uploaded SCORM and Videos content files using REST APIs and their status is still as New instead of changing to Active but working fine when manually uploaded the content files.

We have uploaded SCORM and Videos content files using REST APIs and their status is still as New instead of changing to Active but working fine when manually uploaded the content files. We have manually run the required processes like Video Transcoding and Processing and Process eLearning content but still the issue is not resolved. When we checked the log files of those schedule process runs, it says that "There are no active jobs processing for Job"
