Validators on Descriptive Flexfields

Summary:

We would like to understand if any Customer has successfully implemented the Validations on Descriptive Flexfields using "Validators" option available in the configuration.

I came across many posts but i believe there is no Oracle document for reference. With Redwood, the support for Autocomplete Rule is going away so we would like to explore the alternate and seeded way.
