What login credentials do you use for Oracle EPM automation

Summary:

We write automation scripts in PowerShell to help run Import Job, Data rule etc. For Login we are using our own Oracle EPM ID & password..

The issue is that password keeps on expiring after every few months. It requires one to keep track of password changes and change the password in the scripts as well.

Is there a better alternative ? do we have a way to create a service ID in EPM for which the password does not expire ?
