Payroll Pay Elements eligible for projects display no values

Summary:

Oracle released a new Oracle Payroll and Labor Distribution interface in 24A, which requires configuration for Payroll elements eligible for
distribution to Projects, however, no eligible Pay elements are displayed on the Manage Project Payroll Elements, am I missing any setups or configurations that need be made?

Payroll has already created their respective Pay Elements and I am able to use them when creating Labor Schedules but they don´t appear on this page.
