Insights Report to show all form submissions where certain field value criteria is met

I'm trying to set up an insights form data report to send records of all form submissions from the last day. Easy enough, I understand this part.

The report is to show the following fields:

Form Submission Date/Time
Form Name
source
medium
campaign

Where I am getting stuck, is the request is to ONLY display the submissions where the field value for Source is = 'google' or 'bing' (utm parameters). I've been able to get the report to only display those fields, but not drill down to the field values. We do map them to the contact table, so I thought perhaps we could filter where the contact table field 'source' was = 'google' or 'bing', but it's failing.
