In FRS text function, how to reference to the body last column.

The screenshot below is the header of my FRS report:

As you can see, it has two text function. The first one refer to the AccoutingPeriod of the Column A. However, the second one should reference to the last column of the Grid1. The number of columns may vary so hard-coded is not possible.

The screenshot below is the body of the report. Column A has AccountingPeriod function and those the number of columns may vary.
