Separate purchase orders by Ship To locations

Summary:

Customer wants to generate separate PO documents by Ship-To location.

Enabled the Opt-in functionalities and the made changes to the Req and Proc BU setups, as per the notes read from Oracle support. But, Fusion is not generating POs (at all) after running the "Generate Orders" ESS job.

Before turning on this feature, I had the auto convert to PR to PO and it was working well but it was creating 1 PO irrespective of the number of Ship-To locations in the PR. Oracle support suggested to turn off the auto convert PR to PO setups to make the split PO by Ship-To work. After changing the setups, POs are not generating at all even after running the Generate Orders ESS job.
