We have implemented the chat syndicate widget on our web site.

We can create new chat.

However, when customer click on a link in the web site and the URL of our web site is change, when clicking on chat button, the existing chat session is disconnect and a new session is started.

When opening the same link in a new window, and clicking the chat button, we see a message that a chat session is already exist and we can continue the chat.

How can we see the sane message in the first case ?
